What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and communicate business requirements
  • Oversee training materials for product adoption and monitor user engagement
  • Actively participate in agile development teams and support agile transformation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and coach other Product Owners

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  • At least 3 years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • Strong knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications
  • Experience leading large-scale system implementations or conversions
  • Background in supporting Underwriting, Insurance Product Launches, or Data and Analytics
