Are you an up-and-coming finance professional with recent experience in an accountancy practice? And would you fit well into a friendly, professional and sociable team environment? This could be just the role for you.

A Wells-based firm is looking to employ a new team member due to increased demand from their clients. Your duties in this role will include:

• Working with a client portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
• Year-end accounts preparation
• Tax return preparation
• VAT and bookkeeping

This role would suit an AAT qualified or part-qualified candidate, though the client is happy to consider applicants who haven't undergone formal qualifications. Previous experience in accountancy practice is essential due to the technical nature of the role, and it would be beneficial if you have strong experience in cloud-based accountancy software.
