ServiceNow HRSD Lead Developer (HRIS Business Partner) REMOTE

This role is responsible for managing, monitoring, maintaining, and developing the HRIS systems from a business function perspective in close partnership with Information Technology, Human Resources, HR Administration and Operations. The HRIS Business Partner provides technical expertise through software or computer languages and evaluates, analyzes, designs and maintains the companys HRIS such as ServiceNow HRSD Module (MUST) and Workday HCM module (Preferred).

Essential Functions
- Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions within ServiceNow to improve/streamline HR processes and workflows
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business partners to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and deliver enhancements aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with HR, IT, business partners and vendors to implement or update integrations
- Provide continuous support and improvement to Employee Center portal(s) and Now mobile app
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards within the ServiceNow HRSD environment
- Develop or maintain Virtual Agent topics based on business needs
- Conduct thorough testing in development environment and work with IT to move development to production
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance within the HRSD module
- Assist in system upgrades/patches through testing, reporting and analysis of changes; coordinate with HR stakeholders on impacts and implementation
- Identify new HR needs and software products to fulfill them; perform analysis and propose solutions to complex problems
- Act as a liaison between HRIS and internal HR departments to ensure system needs are met
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the HR system; provide training support to end-users
- Provide end-user support by developing reports, Excel spreadsheets, or other relevant tools
- Modify existing reports as needed
- Coordinate collection and preparation of routine and special reports
- Monitor system for problems and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure interface files are received and run successfully

Skills And Abilities
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Five or more years of experience in an HRIS or IT environment, with at least 3 years specializing in ServiceNow implementation, administration, and support (ServiceNow HRSD module preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist HR (CIS-HR) strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD configuration (HR Service Configuration, HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center Pro)
- Experience with developing in ServiceNow (e.g., service catalogs, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer)
- Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other HR systems (e.g., Workday) preferred
- Experience with scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions) preferred
- Experience with Platform Analytics, Performance Analytics preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); advanced
- Broad knowledge of HR function, reporting needs, and related technology solutions
- Working knowledge of HRIS and Payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of system operating environments, technologies, equipment/systems and applications
- Experience in process analysis and design, system mapping, re-engineering, and report writing

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation offered may be influenced by experience, education, location, market data, and internal equity. The position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives. Pay range: $90,000 $105,000. Salaried.
