Project Overview

Hybrid remote client located in the Midwest is seeking an Epic Certified ASAP Analyst for a 12‑month+ project starting ASAP. The role focuses on configuring and optimizing Emergency Department workflows, transfer center operations, and clinical case management processes for a large‑scale new Epic implementation.

Duration: ASAP through October 2026

Travel: Approximately one week per month (Tuesday - Thursday)

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Emergency Department workflows for the Epic application.
• Design and implement Epic Grand Central Transfer Center with Skyline.
• Support clinical case management processes and workflow changes.
• Work with stakeholders to analyze and solve configuration challenges.

Requirements

• Current Epic ASAP certification required.
• 3+ years of Epic ASAP implementation experience.
• Knowledge of Grand Central Transfer Center and Clinical Case Management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with at least one new large-scale Epic implementation.
