  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Aspect dealer
  • Experience in UIP, AQP system
  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
  • Experience in Amazon Connect
  • Experience in Avaya workplace
  • Troubleshooting and understanding SIP
  • Genesys framework integration as last point
