Community Development Director

The City of Horace, ND (population nearly 8,000) The City of Horace is seeking a proactive, collaborative leader to serve as its next Community Development Director. Candidate Requirements: A bachelor's degree in community development, urban planning, urban design, landscape architecture, architecture, geography, or a closely related field. Compensation & Benefits: The anticipated hiring range for a 2026 start date is $100,000 to $130,000 DOQ/E. To Apply: Applications will be reviewed as they are received.
