Job Details

This position is responsible for supervising employees under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, which includes carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Other responsibilities include: training employees, planning, assigning, directing work and resolving problems. Hours: Friday through Sunday 6 AM-6 PM Highlights of your role Plan, schedule, and support preventative maintenance (PM) and related work orders. Lean/mentor the maintenance team in performing day to day maintenance tasks by completing work orders and responding to production issues. Provide feedback to supervisors on maintenance status, as well as email end of shift reports daily. Work efficiently with work order system (EAM) to document repairs and PM maintenance throughout the plant.
