Responsibilities
* Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; make correct change and issue receipts
* Operate switchboard telephone system by answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department; strive to minimize hold time
* Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate department for resolution
* Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with customers and fellow employees
* Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed
Qualifications

* Available to work 8am to 5pm every other Saturday
* Ability to effectively communicate customer interests, needs and requests to management and other personnel
* Professional appearance
