As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with team members and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:
- Assist with access control procedures at the logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or exit.
- Monitor and verify credentials of individuals entering or leaving the premises, following site-specific policies.
- Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and offering directions or assistance as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and/or security-related incidents.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site requirements.
- Support emergency response activities as directed, coordinating with Allied Universal and site management as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
