Job Details

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the sales and marketing team. By understanding the industry and economic trends, you will be able to accurately forecast for the teams, and lead the teams' strategies for success.

Compensation base is $95-$105K. Desirable candidates have a recent background of senior sales leadership in a highly recognizable branded hotel.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to achieve business and sales goals
• Provide coaching to sales managers on the company's sales strategies
• Monitor industry trends and market competitors to support sales goals
• Assist marketing team in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns
• Provide forecasts to leadership for sales and marketing organizations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant area
• 5+ years managing teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Desirable: CI/TY OPERA or SalesForce Delfi, ProfitSword
