Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance on our production equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in pneumatics, industrial electrical systems, controls, and mechanical processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
  • Perform routine and specialized maintenance on automated glass production machinery
  • Complete preventative maintenance on production and assembly equipment
  • Interpret schematic drawings for both electrical and mechanical systems
  • Accurately record work orders using maintenance software
  • Request replacement parts by filling out purchase requisitions promptly

Shift Requirements and Pay:

  • 2nd Shift available: 8-hour: 2:30pm 10:30pm, MondayFriday
  • Training Schedule: 2nd shift- Training schedule subject to change
  • Pay: $26$30/hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Qualifications/Physical Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Knowledge of pneumatics, industrial electrical, controls, and mechanical processes
  • Comfortable using powered hand tools
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to stand, walk, grasp, push/pull, bend, and reach with hands/arms for extended periods
