Role Overview You will be responsible for generating new business, expanding customer accounts, and providing customized logistics solutions across multiple modes of transportation. This position is ideal for a hunter who understands LTL freight, has a proven book of customers - preferably transferable, and wants a platform that removes obstacles and rewards performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, pursue, and secure new business across TL, LTL, Temp Control, IMDL, Flatbed, Ocean, and Air
• Manage customer relationships as the primary point of contact
• Develop tailored pricing and logistics solutions to win and retain business
• Collaborate with operations and carrier partners to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries
• Maintain an active pipeline, forecast activity, and identify growth opportunities
• Contribute to sales planning, customer strategy, and relationship development
• Travel as needed for key customer meetings and engagement

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of logistics or transportation sales experience
• Experience in 3PL sales and operations or asset-based trucking operations and sales
• A proven converting book of business
• Strong understanding of freight movement and end-to-end logistics
• Track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• College degree or equivalent experience
