Job Title: Forklift Operator Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team. You will work Monday through Friday from 5:45 am to 3:15 pm, operating a sit-down forklift to move and manage products efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to push, pull, lift, stack, and move products.

• Utilize RF Scanner for inventory management and product handling.

• Load and unload trailers efficiently.

• Perform inbound receiving tasks.

• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse space.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Experience with RF Scanners and hand scanners.

• Strong material handling skills.

• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse distribution systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs seed bags daily, ranging from 10 to 200 bags per day.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
