Customer Service Lot Support

As a valued member of our team, the Customer Service Lot Support role is essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will assist customers with loading their purchases into vehicles, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience as they enter and exit the store.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and maintaining the entrance area of the store
• Ensuring a sufficient number of shopping carts are available for customer use
• Providing excellent customer service and answering any questions customers may have
• Collaborating with Home Depot associates to enhance store operations
