Assist with day-to-day operations of the human resource functions by providing support to the HR Business Partner and HR Craft Recruitment management teams. Tasks will be associated with employee data management, employee relations, employee engagement and aiding the team on basic administrative tasks. Confidentiality of all information is required at all times. This is an in-office internship in Fargo, ND.

Education and Work Experience Requirements: Junior or Senior student currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree program in Business Management, Human Resources or related field. Have a minimum GPA of 2.9 in relevant coursework Previous internship or work experience in HR or Business related field preferred
