A local agricultural company is seeking a Seed Processing Technician to join their team. This hands-on role involves operating conditioning equipment, performing quality checks, and keeping production running smoothly. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and mechanically inclined. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule:

• April-September: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• October-March: Mon-Fri, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (includes $2/hour shift differential)

Requirements:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable with physical tasks (climbing stairs/ladders)
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Able to work independently and follow safety procedures
