What's a typical day as Assistant Manager? You'll be: Managing daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reconciliation. Training, coaching, scheduling, and motivating employees to meet performance goals. Ordering, stocking, and organizing merchandise to ensure availability and optimize sales. Resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all patrons. Maintaining cleanliness standards and ensuring adherence to safety, security, and environmental regulations. Assisting with budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Bring previous experience in retail or customer service, with management or supervisory experience preferred. Possess strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Are proficient with POS systems and cash handling. Are flexible and able to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
