Do you love big machines, fresh oil, and the sweet hum of a well-maintained engine? Are you the kind of person who takes pride in clean filters, topped-off fluids, and grease guns loaded and ready for action?

If so, you might be just the Lube Tech we're looking for!

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

• Change oil, replace filters, and lube up everything from loaders to dump trucks
• Keep hydraulic systems happy and engines purring like kittens (very large kittens)
• Catch little issues before they become big, expensive ones
• Keep your service truck stocked and ready to roll
• Document your work like the pro you are
• Work hard, get a little dirty, and go home proud

What You Bring to the Yard:

• A strong work ethic and a love for heavy equipment
• Experience in maintenance or lube tech work (bonus points for diesel know-how)
• The ability to work outdoors, on-site, and sometimes in mud up to your boots
• A valid driver's license (CDL is a plus, but not a dealbreaker)
• Attention to detail and a good attitude-no slackers allowed!
