This position will be fully in office located in our West Fargo, ND or Chandler AZ, office.

The Deposit Operations Specialist is responsible for a variety of regular and recurring deposit operational functions to support the overall bank operations. Responsibilities of this position may include items such as assisting or performing various deposit operations activities, electronic fund transfers, and/or special projects related to bank deposit operations. Additionally, this position will be responsible for overall awareness of areas of deposit operations and must comply with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations

Duties and responsibilities:

• Deposit Operations: Activities may include processing daily overdraft and exceptions items, deposit maintenance and account research, processing legal notices, account analysis, entry and maintenance and items processing.
• Electronic Fund Transfers: Activities may include providing customer support for electronic transfers of funds and processing disputes on various types of transactions.
• Special Projects: Activities may include assisting with the completion of system integration, upgrades, or releases and assisting with other various deposit operations procedures.
• *Specific areas of focus will be identified and communicated during the hiring process. A full review of position specific responsibilities will take place once incumbent is in position

Associate's degree in finance or business related field with a minimum of 2-5 years banking experience or a minimum of five years banking experience required. Bank deposit operational experience strongly preferred.
