The City of Moorhead Parks and Recreation Department is accepting applications for the following position at the Hjemkomst Center

Building Attendant ($16.00-$18.00)

Part-time temporary year-around position. 5-15 hours per week depending on availability and building schedule but will generally be weekdays. Regular hours to include Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 3:00pm-3:30pm going into the early evening with occasional weekend daytime hours. Duties include general building cleaning, set-up and clean-up of meeting facilities, opening/closing of building, snow removal. Must enjoy cleaning, have good communication skills and reliable transportation. Some heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. Age 18 or older.

The City provides temporary/seasonal employees Earned Sick and Safe Leave (ESST) according to MN Statute 181.9445 to 181.9448. Employees may also be eligible for Minnesota Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) benefits per eligibility based on MN State Statute Chapter 353.
