Facilities Maintenance Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building structures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of facility systems.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
  • Drive pickups with trailers to haul tools and parts
  • Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools, cutting tools, etc.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
  • Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment.
  • Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise.
  • Determine correct hand tools, power tools, and processes to best complete mechanical tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Physically strong, agile and dexterous, ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Good hand?eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Add stuff around vehicle maintenance

Warehouse Associate Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, etc.
  • Process, package and ship orders accurately
  • Organize stocks and maintain inventory
  • Inspect products for defects and damages
  • Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Organize warehouse space
  • Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Check, verify and fill customer invoices
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
  • Material handling, forklift and truck/trailer operation
  • Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment
  • Assisting with product installs at customer job sites
  • Assembly and light fabrication (optional)
  • Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver parts (if good driving record)

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance, mechanical repair, and warehouse operations.
  • Strong mechanical and technical skills, including operating and maintaining tools and equipment.
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem?solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
  • Strong hand?eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, moral character, and solid attendance record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
