Job Details

Were looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals who will serve our customers and community. A successful Representative will assist customers over the phone in a friendly, professional manner, build strong relationships, and help them achieve their financial goals through referrals to other departments within Bravera.

Measures of Success

  • Multitask while providing exceptional service to customers over the phone or chat.
  • Have a complete understanding of the products and services offered by Braveras Retail, Consumer Lending, and Digital departments.
  • Act as an ambassador for Bravera by promoting our products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with accurate transaction processing while delivering quality customer service.
  • Respond to online chat requests from customers.
  • Multitask across multiple computer systems, maintaining an advisor?based mindset and customer focus.
  • Open and maintain deposit accounts, internet banking, debit/ATM cards, wire transfers, address change requests, and IRA accounts.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues.
  • Cross?sell all bank products and services.
  • Follow current banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Represent the organization in the community through participation in civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer information.
  • Contribute to overall organizational success by leveraging opportunities related to all entities of Bravera Holdings Corp.
  • Adhere to all banking rules and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, and proactively prevent illegal activities by reporting suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 12 years of post?secondary education preferred.
  • 13 years of banking or customer service experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Hours

Monday through Friday, 9:00?AM 6:00?PM
