Our dishwashers help carry out the exceptional dining experience our brand is known for by efficiently transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and service ware. You will also assist in maintaining cleanly kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment. The ideal dishwasher caresabout the details and is always willing to jump in to provide a helping hand wherever needed in the kitchen. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Washes pots, pans, and trays and polishes silver.
• Segregates and removes trash and places it in the designated containers.
• Sweeps and mops floors; washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and all other surface areas.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; restocks tools and supplies for the next shift.
• Walks the floors and picks up any room service/bar trays.
• Maintains temperature logs; keeps walk in cooler/freezer organized.
• Busses tables.
• May assist in setting up banquet tables.
• Helps line cook properly store food, prep and date food.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of food service regulations.
• Skillfully uses hand tools or machines needed for the position.
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy; able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
