For information about ABMs benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits./ppBasic Qualifications:/pulliMust be 18 years of age or older/liliNo experience required and on the job training provided/liliNo high school diploma, GED or college degree required/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliCustomer service experience/lili1 year of similar work experience/li/ulpResponsibilities:/pulliClean and maintain buildings/facilities/liliFollows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures/liliNotify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems/liliEstablish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc./liliComply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities/liliClean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment/liliMove cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks/liliClean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees/liliWash and replace blinds/liliGather and empty trash/liliSweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasks/liliWipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas/liliService, clean, and supply restrooms/li/ulpA good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
