Job Description
As a Shift Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling customized conveyor and material handling equipment based on blueprint drawings. You will be required to pull parts and build products to specific specifications. This role involves working off job packets and engineering drawings, with most assembly done directly onto the product and some bench assembly for subassemblies.
Responsibilities
Assemble customized conveyor and material handling equipment from blueprint drawings.
Pull parts and build products to specifications.
Work with job packets and engineering drawings and complete documentation.
Perform assembly directly onto the product and conduct bench assembly for subassemblies.
Essential Skills
Experience with hand and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably from a customized assembly company.
Proficiency in reading a tape measure.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Possession of a basic set of tools is preferred but not required.
Must have own steel-toed boots.

Work Environment
This role is based in a fabrication and assembly shop, requiring the ability to stand all day and occasionally bend or climb onto equipment. The work involves a hands-on approach in a fast-paced and physically engaging environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hawley, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
