Do you have a passionfor educating today's youth and enjoy having your summer off? Choose the hours you work and the areas you are interested in. These positions offer a way to build relationships with Fargo Public School District and the community.
Position Purpose: Assist teachers in the classroom with daily instructional and non-instructional activities.
Areas of interest (candidates select their preferences during new hire registration):
- Classroom
- Library
- Outside/inside - noon supervisor
- Pre-school at AG/Longfellow Early Childhood
- Proctor/Study Halls
- Special Education
- Adult Learning Center
- Secretary
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent communication and public relations skills
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with students, staff and the school community
- Ability to work well with special needs children preferred
- Willingness to supervise students in the lunchroom and on the playground preferred
