divh2Warehouse/h2pWallwork Truck Center is currently hiring for a Warehouse associate to join our team Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm ($18-$20/hr)./ppThe Warehouse position is responsible for verifying and stocking incoming parts and shipments into the warehouse and prepare parts for delivery. This position is also responsible for delivery of parts to the various business locations in the area./ppstrongQualifications (minimum requirements)/strong/ppstrongEducation and/or years experience required:/strong/pulliH.S. Diploma or G.E.D./liliValid drivers license and clean driving record/li/ulpstrongPreferred/Required Skills and Abilities:/strong/pulliExcellent communication skills/liliMust possess general math skills/liliKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications/liliBasic computer skills/liliMust have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information/liliExcellent customer service and communication skills/liliMust be able to work independently as well as be a team player in the department/li/ulpstrongSupervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable):/strong/pulliNo supervisory responsibilities required with this position./li/ulpstrongEssential Functions and Accountabilities:/strong/pulliLocal delivery of parts./liliVerify all incoming and outgoing shipments./liliSafely and properly prepare parts for deliveries./liliKeep company vehicle clean and maintained/liliCompletes vehicle safety checks per Company policy and operates the vehicle within safety guidelines; immediately reports any safety concerns or Company Policy violations to management./liliVerify inventory with paperwork./liliLoad and unload part orders./liliReceive, verify, stage and stock all incoming parts./liliOperate forklifts, pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable)./liliMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending meetings; educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies./liliEnsure warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times./liliPerforms Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor./liliAdhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance./liliUpholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures./li/ulpThe above functions listed are intended to describe the major elements and requirements of the position and should not be taken as an exhaustive list of all essential responsibilities, duties, and skills required of the individuals assigned to this position.
