• Perform assignments in a safe and efficient manner
• Work to meet daily production goals through effective flow of units
• Inspect product quality throughout the process to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Contribute to the team through professionalism and values

What You Need to Bring to the Production Technician Role:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation
• Basic computer, math, and tape-measuring skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
