This rewarding position is providing routine dental care within the scope of the licensed Advanced Dental Therapist (ADT) to individuals with Developmental/Intellectual disabilities, Severe Mental Health issues and people who have suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.

• Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Deliver compassionate patient care, particularly for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensed with the MN Board of Dentistry and hold an Advanced Dental Therapist certificate

• Person-centered approach, willingness to adapt to the needs for the patients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals Developmental/Intellectual disabilities

• Provide leadership with patients and employees
