About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Carpenter to join our construction team in the Fargo area. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial building applications, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform framing, drywall installation, and finishing work on commercial construction projects
Install doors, frames, hardware, trim, casework, and other carpentry components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand tools and power tools
Ensure work meets quality standards and safety regulations
Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
2+ years of commercial carpentry experience preferred
Ability to read construction plans and use carpentry tools safely
Knowledge of commercial construction methods and standards
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Skills
Experience with metal stud framing and drywall systems
Finish carpentry experience
Ability to work with minimal supervision

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
