Your impact as a Recruitment Coordinator is vital. Support Vitalant's life saving mission by actively engaging with our donors to schedule their next blood donation. Serving as a front-line hero, you play a pivotal role in achieving recruitment goals and coordinating donations at fixed site locations for present, past, and new donors making their next crucial blood contributions.

Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 9:am - 5:30pm

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll get to:
  • Enhance the donor experience by providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate on specialized calling projects, to include conversions, reminders calls and engaging first time donors.
  • Support blood centers by implementing innovative recruitment strategies, managing donor scheduling, and offering expertise on eligibility and donation requirements.
  • Contribute to the onboarding of new hires and conduct refresher training to both new and existing staff.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Six months experience in customer service
  • Two years of customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills
