Role Overview:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will deliver exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries through phone and email. Your problem-solving skills will be essential as you research and resolve issues, including those related to fraud support and internet operations. You will become knowledgeable about our products, services, and procedures to adeptly assist customers and liaise with various U.S. Bank departments for complex resolutions.
Compensation: $20/hour
