Customer Experience Specialist for 24-Hour Banking

Role Overview:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will deliver exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries through phone and email. Your problem-solving skills will be essential as you research and resolve issues, including those related to fraud support and internet operations. You will become knowledgeable about our products, services, and procedures to adeptly assist customers and liaise with various U.S. Bank departments for complex resolutions.

Compensation: $20/hour

Important Dates:

We are hiring for the March Class, with training commencing on March 16th, 2026.

Work Schedule:

  • Schedules available from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM CT.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 months of experience in customer service or a related field.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to efficiently navigate various computer systems and applications.
  • Demonstrated time management and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in effectively dealing with unsatisfied customers.
  • Excellent communication skills with a pleasant tone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer navigation.

This position is remote with preference given to candidates in specific hubs across the country. While the role is home-based, you'll be part of a supportive and connected team.
