Overview

Pay Range: $30 – $55 Dependent on experience and local Union Wages

We are looking for skilled HVAC Service Techs to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Test equipment

• Troubleshoot systems

• Service Commercial HVAC units

• Repair components

• Commercial projects

• Tool and equipment use

• Field diagnostics

• Safety compliance

• Foreman-level tasks

• Journeyman-level tasks

Requirements

• Background check

• Drug screen

• HVAC tech degree or certification

• Willingness to join local union

• Valid driver's license

• Physical capability

Additional Role Details

• Commercial HVAC testing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair

• Journeyman and Foreman level opportunities

• Teams interview followed by in?person interview

• Company?supplied truck, tools, credit card, cell phone, and laptop

• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Overtime and double?time available when calls, jobs, or projects extend beyond normal hours
