Childcare Food Services Staff:The Childcare Food Service staff is responsible for preparing and serving meals in one of the YMCA's 4 YMCA Early Learning Centers. As a Childcare Food Service staff, you will:* Follow pre-established menus in accordance with state and federal regulations and, when necessary, make changes to the menu that are compliant with the food program.* Maintain an accurate inventory of food and supplies and ensure that the kitchen is neat and organized.* Be responsible for daily paperwork, meal counts, temperature checks, etc.* Occasionally assist in the Early Learning Center classrooms, as needed.
