Join the team at Riverview Place as a full-time Maintenance Technician II.

Shift:

• Full-time: 80 hours every two weeks. 8am-4:30pm

Starting Pay: $20/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Technician II maintains, repairs, and installs plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and appliance systems and components and performs general maintenance. Maintains areas outside of buildings including repairs, painting, snow and ice removal, rescreening windows, doors, etc.
