Preference Employment Solutions is confidentially recruiting for an Accountant for an organization based in Fargo, North Dakota. This position will include a wide array of duties related to accounting as well supervising the Accounting Assistant.

Location: Fargo, North Dakota

Type of Position: Full Time - Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Compensation: $65K - $70K DOE

Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance

Position Overview:

• Reconcile credit card billing and other statements
• Process employee payroll
• Monitor variances
• Process property tax statements and update worksheets
• Collaborate with managers on annual budgets and approvals
• Review monthly financials for accuracy

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

• Associate degree in accounting or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
• A minimum of 3 years' experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and accounting software
• Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
