Allied Universal - Up to $22.00/hour - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, staff, and/or visitors by following security procedures and post orders; Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and de-escalate when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations; Monitor access points and visitor activity, including checking identification and maintaining logs; Document and report observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to supervisors and client representatives
