Greenwood Hospitality Group - Up to $20.00/hour - - Responsibilities: Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed and necessary reports are sent out; Ensuring compliance with service and productivity standards to achieve optimal guest satisfaction; Addressing and resolving all guest complaints in a timely manner; Managing room reservations, Front Office systems, and inventory of supplies; Up-selling rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue
