The Regional Sales Director is responsible for achieving the annual revenue plan within a specified geographic region. This role aligns with the overall corporate strategy of market penetration, focusing on Betco-branded and private-label chemical and equipment product lines, primarily through the Jan/San channel. The position also involves driving end-customer demand.
Must be based in or near Fargo, ND and will have territory responsibilities for the entire state of North Dakota, Northern South Dakota, and parts of Western Minnesota.
