Flint Group is seeking a creative, detail-driven Creative Design Flintern to join our team for Summer 2026. You'll collaborate with experienced designers, contribute to real client work, and partner with fellow interns to lead a full-scale project for a local nonprofit; from concept to completion.

It's hands-on. It's paid. And yes, there's a little #FlintFun built in.

Program Details

Dates: May 19 - August 13, 2026
Schedule: Flexible scheduling (minimum 20 hours/week; average 30 hours/week)

Compensation: $17.00/hour
Location: In-office, Fargo, ND

What You'll Do

• Create detailed digital website layouts and internal marketing materials

• Collaborate with lead designers on print, web, and mobile projects

• Develop assets for social media and internal marketing initiatives

• Support the full design process for client work - from concept through production

• Contribute to team brainstorms and creative development
