Responsibilities:

• nalyze current business processes, identify pain points, gather stakeholder needs, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Design new or improved system solutions, create workflow charts, and recommend hardware/software.

• Oversee system implementation, conduct testing (including UAT), troubleshoot issues, and manage system updates.
