Duties And Essential Functions

1. Responsible for general accounting functions including data entry of monthly revenue/expenses for CHB and preparing monthly summary reports for CHB counties.
2. Design and/or develop control or tracking mechanisms via Excel spreadsheets to monitor monthly changes to revenue/expenditures for Public Health.
3. Reconcile, prepare, and submit grant financial reports as required by each individual grant, under supervision of the Public Health Finance Manager and with the approval of the CHS Administrator/Public Health Director and CHB PH Directors.
4. Assist with the annual department budget preparation.
5. Serve as the Public Health Department PHDoc Technician and security coordinator providing all the upgrades, assessing, and managing all staff documentation issues and aiding with the software program.
6. Manage schedules for all administrative support staff and ensure adequate coverage for the support areas.
7. Other duties as assigned.
