Description:

At Allstar Construction, we're growing - and we're looking for a professional, dependable Receptionist to be the first impression of our Fargo office.

This is a full-time, in-person role supporting our sales and operations teams. If you enjoy keeping things organized, helping people, and being the steady presence that keeps an office running smoothly, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

  • Answer and manage inbound phone calls with professionalism and confidence
  • Greet customers and visitors and create a welcoming office environment
  • Schedule appointments and route calls to the appropriate team members
  • Enter and manage leads in our CRM system
  • Support the sales team with basic administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with mail, office supplies, and general front desk coordination
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
  • Strong phone presence and clear communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Able to work full-time, in person, at our Fargo location
Bonus if you have experience with:
  • CRM systems
  • Scheduling software
  • Sales or service-based businesses
Schedule & Compensation
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday
  • In-person in Fargo, ND
  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience
