We are seeking a highly motivated Agricultural Drainage Construction Foreman to join our team at Landmark Companies in Moorhead, MN. As an Agricultural Drainage Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction of agricultural drainage systems to improve the productivity and sustainability of our clients' land.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of skilled workers in the construction of agricultural drainage systems
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in agricultural drainage construction
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of relevant machinery and equipment
• Valid driver's license - Class A CDL preferred
