We're hiring a Concrete Foundation Foreman for a full-time opportunity based in the West Fargo area. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to manage the chaos of a job site while ensuringquality, safety, and precision every step of the way.

What You'll be Doing:

• Lead and supervise foundation crews on residential and commercial projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, layout site elevations, and ensure accurate footing and wall placement
• Manage the setup, pouring, and finishing of concrete foundations including walls, footings, and piers
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to ensure timelines and specs are met
• Monitor job site safety, material use, equipment care, and crew efficiency
• Review and verify timesheets, material logs, and daily reports
• Ensure compliance with all site requirements and internal company standards

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience leading foundation crews in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Strong working knowledge of foundation systems, concrete forming, and structural layout
• Capable of directing teams, solving problems in real time, and mentoring less experienced workers
• Comfortable communicating with contractors, engineers, and inspectors
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with high safety standards
• Able to enforce policies professionally and support a strong team culture
