Superintendent Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment, and resources effectively.
  • Direct, evaluate, and mentor site personnel and staff.
  • Implement and enforce project safety and security measures.
  • Review and approve payments for subcontractors and vendors while ensuring timely preparation of payment requisitions.

Superintendent Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated history of working with concrete contractors.
  • Experience overseeing commercial building projects valued between $5M - $50M.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
