Scheduling Concrete Deliveries

Ensure satisfied customer base ie: quality product manufactured, on-time deliveries Directs activities of drivers and confers with customers, plant production and yard personnel. Keeps supervisor and drivers informed of tasks and situations so the schedule can be updated. Answers phone to take/alter customer's order and complete all required information. Ensure the customer understands all relevant company policies. Properly file the order and special instructions and give adequate notice to ensure proper materials are available
