Description
JOB FUNCTION:
This position will provide initial screening, application assistance, and referrals to households in need for a wide array of CAPLP programs including Head Start, homeless prevention, homeless services, and economic empowerment programs. Provide support to all Divisions and communicate with program community partners.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum
- One of the following
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a Human Service related field
- Associates degree with 2 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance
Preferred - Community Action experience
- Experience working with families or individuals in crisis situations
- Lived experience or a history working with people with low incomes
