The Director of Restaurant Operations plays a vital role in improving the experiences of both employees and customers. You will oversee the full restaurant operation while nurturing a strong team dedicated to delivering outstanding food and friendly service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least three years of experience in the restaurant or retail industry, or a combination of experience and education.
  • Experience in sales building, P&L management, recruitment, and training.
  • Proven success in hiring and retention practices.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • ServeSafe Certification is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance are required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

This position involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently throughout working hours. These physical requirements may be met with or without reasonable accommodation.
