About the Role:
As a CBRE Procurement Sr. Analyst, you will design, evaluate, and provide complex reports based on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management, and performance of suppliers and vendors.
What You'll Do:
Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.
Present the results of reports along with their relative impacts on the business.
Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as required to enhance accuracy, usefulness, and access.
Collect and rationalize complex data from many sources. Conduct advanced financial evaluation.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy. Use data from many sources to create a complete overview that includes improvements and recommendation.
Point of contact for key processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions.
Review forecasts and investigate trends in general business conditions. Make strategic recommendations to business.
Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
What You'll Need

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
1 year of related experience and/or training.
Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
Ability to solve problems and carry out general instructions in standard situations such as; routine maintenance, repairs, preventative measures, emergency responses, coordination, and safety compliance.
Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders with or without reasonable accommodation.
PreferredQualifications
Associate's or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the mechanical or electrical field.
2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards.
Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
2+ years' experience with automated conveyor systems and controls.
2+ years' experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
2+ years of blueprint and electrical schematic reading
2+ year of knowledge with electrical and electronic principles
2+ year experience of following and demonstrating safety standards
1+ year experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems

The minimum salary for this position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $100,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
